SoberCircle is teaming up with the finest comedians in recovery to present the 2008 addition of the Comedy Addiction Tour. The tour will make stops in 12 major US cities starting in April and concluding in the fall.
The tour features veteran comedians Mark Lundholm, Kurtis Matthews, Jesse Joyce, Karin Babbitt and Pat Dixon. Lundholm is a good friend to all of us here at SoberCircle and is quite the accomplished entertainer, having starred in his own Showtime Comedy Special, appearing on Comedy Central and the critically acclaimed Addicted… a comedy of substance. Matthews has been entertaining crowds since 1984, touring with the likes of the late Bill Hicks and Sam Kinison. Joyce has appeared on Comedy Central and is a regular on XM and Sirius satellite radio. Babbitt became a fixture in the LA comedy scene working the main room of the Comedy Store with Robin Williams, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy and Roseanne Barr. Dixon has appears on Comedy Central and the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
